Dr Zhou went over all of the testing that had been completed since my first visit. We had a very thorough discussion about the findings and how I have been feeling since my last visit as well. She was very collaborative in this discussion about where she believed things were and what she thought that meant for me going forward and I agreed with her assessment. The appointment felt very informative and inclusive both and I appreciated her informed, honest assessment and feedback.

Dr Zhou was extremely thorough and inclusive and came up with a good course of action to move forward with, informing me of her thought processes regarding all of it and ensuring I understood it all before I left.

I like the fact she took her time with me and treated me like a person and not a number and went over everything with me and didn't leave me until I completely understood what we were going to do to fix and figure out my problem

*Dr. 周先生非常透彻。. There was a mix-up w/ rooms/providers/patients but the staff apologized profusely, including the wrong doc that entered the exam room at first. 人为错误.

不礼貌! Doesn't address the specials needs non verbal patient unless is directed to do so.

博士很棒! First Visit - get to know meeting. She asked concerned Questions; showed sincere Care and desire to help. Spent an extrordinary amount of time with us (well warranted as the situation is very complex)

再一次。...every visit she goes over thee entire chart..重复自己..讲座..再重复一遍. she goes over test n results from years back..n ask the same questions repeatedly

my mothertongue is not 英语 and I am pretty old, that makes communication for me more difficult

她经常重复自己的话. Seems she is reviewing info as we talk. has no real knowledge of my child's history.

I have very bad WiFi so it is difficult at times. So we have her call by phone as well as on the video call.

We are happy with Dr Zhou and the care she gives to my multiply disabled daughter.

Dr. Zhou is respectful and concerned about me and my symptoms and I believe good communication is in place. She listens to me and allows me to be a part of my care.

I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

like I said earlier in the survey the pet scan would have helped a lot since I'm there do to my seizures and there help in deciding about the surgery.

We love her but she speaks fast, 软, and has an accent makes hard to understand when hard of hearing but she is NICE about repeating.

my doctor wanted me to be involved in all the decisions about my medical issues and not just what she felt i should do she gave me the pros and cons and help me figure out my best option for me

I've never had such a knowledgeable neurologist. The only one that has been able to figure out why I am having seizures. I feel safer, stronger 再一次。, and have hope back in my life. I'm beyond thankful I have Dr. 周是我的神经科医生.

I feel that the doctor was attentive to my needs explained everything to my understanding on why she wanted to try the testing she wanted to do and what she was hoping to find out with those tests .I have all the confidence in her that we will get down to the bottom of issues so she can properly teat them
