There are several options available for transporting items that Upstate Courier Services does not currently handle.

Community Campus

Plant Operations
Plant operations will move boxes and large items that are not time sensitive. Response time is dependent on volume and urgency. To submit an on-line Work Order Request go to the iPage and select the Community Campus icon. Next select the Service Requests icon, and then click on Eng WO Entry. Fill in the required information on the Engineering Work Order.

Outside Couriers
You also have the option of using outside courier companies. Charges will be billed directly to your department so you'll need to work with Purchasing to make arrangements for payment.  Contact Hospital Purchasing for more information. Downtown Campus

Record Storage
Record storage will pickup boxes of records from most downtown locations for delivery to their Continental Can Warehouse facility. Requests can be made through Self Serve. (If you have questions or need help setting up an account please call 4-5814)

Physical Plant
Physical plant will move boxes and large items that are not time sensitive. Response time is dependent on volume and urgency. To submit an on-line Work Request open iPage and select the Physical Plant Service icon. Next select the iService Desk icon, Submit a Request and Furniture and Equipment moves. Follow prompts to complete the request.
